FERRARI
FINALI MODIALI 2024
16-20 OCTOBER 2024 | IMOLA
After two years, the Ferrari Finali Mondiali
2024 will return to the legendary Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari racetrack
in Imola. From 16 to 20 October 2024, the traditional racetrack in the heart of
Emilia-Romagna will once again be the stage for the most prestigious motorsport
event of the year. The event marks the end of the Ferrari Challenge Trofeo
Pirelli season and celebrates the legendary successes of the year.
The Finali Mondiali in Imola took place for the first time in 1998. Back then, the F355 Challenge cars were at the centre of the action. This season, the Ferrari 296 Challenge is the centrepiece vehicle. It celebrated its premiere in Mugello during the Finali Mondiali 2023. The car will characterise the series in future and is the new highlight of the Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli.
The Ferrari Challenge is one of the most prestigious one-make series in motorsport. It is divided into four zones: Europe, Japan, North America and the United Kingdom. In the World Finals, the best drivers from these regions compete to win the World Championship title. In 2024, these drivers will compete against each other at the wheel of the new Ferrari 296 Challenge, the successor to the previous model in the Ferrari Challenge.
In addition to the thrilling races, the Finali
Mondiali 2024 also offers an extensive off-track programme. Every year, the
event attracts thousands of Ferrari enthusiasts and customers from all over the
world, who have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of the
‘Cavallino Rampante’. The focus is on the activities of **Corse Clienti**,
where historic and modern Ferrari vehicles are presented. The opportunity will
also be taken to celebrate the outstanding successes of the year, such as the
victory of the Ferrari 499P at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the triumph of the
Ferrari 296 GT3 at the 24-hour race on the Nürburgring.
We are also celebrating a very special victory
this year. Together with Emil Frey Sportivo, Giacomo Altoè scored an impressive
seventh victory of the season at the legendary Nürburgring during the Ferrari
Racing Days. This secured him an early overall victory in the Trofeo Pirelli,
crowning this exceptional season, even before the final race in Imola.
